We want ChatAnimate to feel fast, useful, and worth paying for. If your first paid plan is not a fit, you can request a refund within the window below. If something breaks or billing looks wrong, tell us and we will help sort it out.

7-day money-back guarantee
First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. The guarantee applies to the first paid subscription on an account. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
1. Refund eligibility
Usually eligible
- First-time subscriptions requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Accidental duplicate purchases.
- Billing errors on our side.
- Technical issues that prevent normal use and cannot be resolved.
Generally not eligible
- Requests after the 7-day guarantee period.
- Renewal charges when the subscription was not cancelled before renewal.
- Partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, reach out to us through our contact page or email us directly. When submitting your request, please follow these steps so we can process it as quickly as possible:

Use the email address connected to your ChatAnimate account.

Include the order, invoice, or subscription details if you have them.

Briefly explain what happened. A sentence is enough.
Timing
We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account statement.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Your subscription and billing are managed by our authorized third-party payment processor, and you can access your billing settings at any time to cancel, update your payment method, or download invoices.
You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period.
Your subscription will not renew automatically after cancellation.
Unused time in the current billing period is not partially refunded.
You can resubscribe later if you want the paid features again.
4. Exceptions
We may refuse refunds when:
- The account violated our Terms of Service.
- The account violated our Acceptable Use Policy.
- We detect fraudulent, abusive, or repeated refund behavior.
- The request involves a renewal or charge outside the stated refund window.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as plans, payment providers, or billing flows change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of ChatAnimate after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
